    Firstly, to note, the install was quick and simple.

    Secondly, I didnt really know what to expect when I ran this application. I pressed the button and low and behold my desktop adjusted visually for best performance. In fairness I didnt really notice anything till I ran COD4, i noticed straight away that everything was far smoother, running, jumping and shooting. Unfortunately it didnt make my aim any better but still :P. Once we finished the game I pressed the restore button and I was back to my pretty desktop appearance.

    My PC Specs are as follows:

    Operating System: Windows Vista™ Business
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
    Memory: 4094MB RAM
    Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4870

    Yes I know I'm using Vista and that puts me in a unique position I guess because even though Vista is not the most stable operating system, GBoost still managed to close un-needed processes and caused no problems what so ever. I would highly recommend this and one of my team mates is already using this also singing it's praises. Great job GZero.

    To note my PC was running at 65% efficiency and when GBoost was running it was at 96%, so thats a BIG BIG Thumbs up.

    All Windows users benefit from GBoost, some operating systems come pre installed with things not necessary for games and GBoost shines at streamlining your PC.

    As gamers use their rigs; over time that pre installed list also ends up with other programs that get installed and run in the background using system resource and eventually this has a big effect on gaming.

    If your gaming rig isnt running efficient, then GBoost will at least make sure its not your rig letting you down.. Sorry about your aiming though! ;)

    Can't help with the aiming bit, but at least now your graphics shouldn't jerk as much when trying to aim so hopefully you will be able to work on this knowing that you have a much smoother running game.
