Gboost using up HDD Space

Last night I used Gboost for the first time. Then I had to go AFK for a little while. I come back, and log in only to find that Gboost has crashed. I also got system messages saying "You are running on very low disk space". I check my HDD space to find I only have 4mb left of free space (the night before I had at least 100gb free space).
I scanned with AVG and found nothing. Then I looked in all and every folder for where it's taking up the space.
I found that in C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\LiveGBoost, There's a file named "boosted.boost" taking up 114Gb of space!

Should I delete it? Can I safely run Gboost without this happening again?

is to download it but when I download and start everything as a program manager then started to download something I downloaded and started to open the program then told me not boost list and nose how to fix it and install it all I saw desistale firewaal forums and only this and nothing I say:

NO BOOST LIST

GBoost needs to conecct to GBoost Central Server to obtain your boost list.
the program needs to determine the latest info on the tasks running on your system against the current GBoost database on-line. This process occurs the first time GBoost runs on your PC and then only when there is new sofware that requires adding to the list for a better tune up.
If you are experiencing connection issues please resolve these and try again

I know this sounds like a silly question, but where on the site does it say what version GBoost is currently at? Perhaps I'm going blind, but I wanted to see if there was an update, but I can't see the version number anywhere on the site. Do I just need to download it from the site once a week to find out?

GBoost Fails to start."GBoost has stopped working"

I installed it, went to run it, keep getting a windows message saying GBoost has stopped working, then that it needs to be closed.

can u guys post some info for us

we think we have identified a possible issue and the info would help us narrow this down

1 What OS you are using
2 Are u using an administrator or user account
3 have you installed gboost for all users or just one individual user

can u check this for me

can u tell me what files u have there

can u also test if u can create a file there for eg create a new txt file n edit it

remove it when done

everytime i try to load GBoost i keep getting this error ? anyone have any idea how to fix it? and yes i have an internet connection

Ok Here is the Basics I have uninstalled it 3 time's, I uninstalled .Net and Deleted all the Gzone, Live and GBoost files I even disabled the fire walls but nothing every time I load it up It has the error saying "No Boost List" and I am connect to the internet and I did a ccleanup scan but it still did the same thing PLEASE HELP :((

Sorry if this has been covered, I did a basic search and skim reading and didnt see anything.

I'm trying to run Gboost for the first time and it says it needs to make a boost list. I click ok, then it seems to crash.

In one of the updates there was a fundamental change to the needle code.

Some users may have experienced the needle reading 0 on the meter.

To fix this start GBoost and then go to the Help drop down menu and select 'Reset To Defaults'

This should fix the needle. Please note you will need to be connected to the internet so that GBoost can re-download your customised boost list from GBoost Central.

I have a AMD 9600 quad core 2.3 geforce GTX 550ti windows vista home. 4 megs of ram. If i forget to turn off gboost the turn off computer and try to boot it will not. I have to put windows cd in and do a system restore. Any clues of why this is happening??? gene19jax2000@yahoo.com

Explorere.exe and uTorrent not restarting correctly.

Both Explorer.exe and uTorrent.exe appear to restart correctly, but uTorrent throws an error when you try to add a new torrent ("uTorrent appears to be running but is not responding") and Windows Explorer will not open at all. Windows Explorer seems like it is trying to open, but no window ever appears. It is necessary to kill explorer.exe in the Task Manager and then start explorer.exe as a new application through Task Manager in order to restore function.

Any ideas?

Been using your product for a long while. Just recently it stopped working. I removed/reinstalled GBoost. When I launch the program it asks to run as an administrator (I click Yes). It goes through the load, but the Gboost panel/software never displays. I check task manager and see GBoost.exe running in my processess, but other than that I can't do anything. Nothing ever loads for me to actually boost! I'm using the same computer I've had for months, and ran GBoost without problems. So how do I get it working? uclabio78@yahoo.com

Window 7x64, I get error Gboost Has Stopped Working, It use to work, but not anymore.

Processes and Services Backwards?

Just something I've noticed recently... The number of Services given by GBoost matches the number of Processes given in the Windows Task Manager, and the number for Processes in GBoost matches the number of active Services as listed in the Task Manager, instead of the other way around. This doesn't seem right. Is this happening for anyone else?
